SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through zubblie.com.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and prepared for fulfillment after payment has been successfully authorized.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during periods of unusually high demand may begin processing on the next business day.
Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. A separate shipping confirmation or tracking notification will normally be sent once the order has entered shipment.
Estimated Delivery
Most orders are estimated to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after the order is confirmed, unless a different delivery estimate is displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments. Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery may take longer because of:
· Carrier delays;
· Severe weather;
· Public holidays;
· Peak shopping periods;
· Customs inspections;
· Remote delivery locations;
· Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
· Failed delivery attempts; or
· Events outside our reasonable control.
If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the promised period, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund option required by applicable law.
Shipping Charges
Our current standard shipping offer is:
· One eligible item: 2.99 shipping in the currency displayed at checkout;
· Two or more eligible items: Free standard shipping.
The final shipping charge and free-shipping eligibility are displayed during checkout before payment.
Certain destinations, products, expedited methods, or special promotions may have different shipping terms. The amount displayed at checkout controls where it differs from a promotional summary.
International Orders
International shipping availability depends on the destination, product, carrier, and checkout settings.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, handling fees, or local taxes that are not collected during checkout.
These charges are imposed by local authorities or carriers and are not controlled by Zubblie. Refusing an international delivery because of import charges may result in shipping, return, or customs costs being deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check:
· Full recipient name;
· Street and building number;
· Apartment, suite, or unit number;
· City;
· State, province, or region;
· Postal code;
· Country; and
· Contact information.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email or made available through the order status page.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Some postal or international services may provide limited tracking updates.
Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may occasionally ship separately because of inventory location, product availability, carrier requirements, or packaging limitations.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
Delivery Problems
Contact us at zubblietoy@gmail.com if:
· Tracking has not updated for an unusual period;
· The estimated delivery period has passed;
· The package appears lost;
· The package arrived damaged;
· The order is incomplete; or
· Tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located.
Before contacting us about a package marked delivered, please:
· Check the delivery location;
· Check with household members or neighbors;
· Review any carrier delivery photograph;
· Check building reception or mailroom areas; and
· Allow until the end of the delivery day.
We will review the tracking information and may open an investigation with the carrier. Remedies for confirmed loss, damage, or non-delivery will be provided according to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed and Refused Deliveries
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
Where permitted by law, actual shipping and return costs may be deducted before a refund is issued.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact zubblietoy@gmail.com as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after fulfillment has begun. Orders that have already shipped must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
