RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Zubblie. We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged orders are handled.
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
· Be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received;
· Include its original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and components;
· Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number; and
· Not be listed as a non-returnable item.
Items showing signs of use, misuse, alteration, excessive handling, accidental damage, contamination, missing parts, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
Starting a Return
Before sending any item back, contact us at:

Please include:
· Your full name;
· Order number;
· The item you wish to return;
· The reason for the return; and
· Photos or video where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Do not return products to the address shown in our Legal Notice unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.
After receiving return authorization, please send the package within 14 days. Customers are responsible for using suitable packaging and retaining proof of return shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns based on a change of mind, accidental purchase, incorrect color selection, or another reason not caused by Zubblie, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Zubblie will cover reasonable return shipping costs, provide a prepaid return label, or offer another appropriate solution when:
· The wrong product was delivered;
· The item arrived damaged;
· The item arrived materially defective; or
· The return is required because of an error made by Zubblie.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error, the complete order was not delivered, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect. Include clear photographs or video showing:
· The product;
· The packaging;
· The shipping label; and
· The reported problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
· A replacement;
· Replacement parts;
· A full or partial refund; or
· Return instructions at our expense.
Reporting an issue after 7 days does not remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law, but prompt notification helps us investigate the issue with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect:
· Items that have been used, damaged, altered, washed, or modified after delivery;
· Items missing their original packaging, accessories, or components;
· Gift cards;
· Personalized or custom-made items;
· Items clearly identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase;
· Products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after being opened; and
· Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or normal wear and tear.
Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item or color is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
Where practical, we may arrange a direct replacement instead.
Refunds
We will notify you after your returned item has been received and inspected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and country.
We cannot control additional processing time imposed by banks or payment providers.

Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
If an order is refused, remains unclaimed, or is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the actual shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
A refund can generally be processed only after the package has been returned to and received by the applicable fulfillment facility.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Contact us immediately at zubblietoy@gmail.com if you need to cancel or change an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment. If the order has already shipped, it must be handled under this Return and Refund Policy.
European Economic Area and Other Mandatory Consumer Rights
Customers located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal period may have the right to cancel an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason.
Our voluntary 30-day return period does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under local law. Statutory exceptions may apply to personalized, opened hygiene-sensitive, perishable, digital, or sealed products.
Customers exercising a statutory withdrawal right may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, incorrect, or local law requires the seller to pay.
